Who Can Apply
1. To be eligible to participate in Miss FashionTV Gaming World contest, contestants must be above 18 years old, and must not have ever been convicted of crime.
How to Register
1. Online Registration, by FashionTV Gaming Group:
a) To apply, please sign-up for a free account at www.missftvgaming.com and fill-out the designated registration form for applying to the contest.
b) By entering, contestants represent and warrant (i) that they own the picture submitted, and (ii) it does not violate the rights of any third parties. No lewd, nude, crude, or offensive photographs (as determined by FashionTV Gaming Group in its sole and absolute discretion) will be accepted (pictures in underwear or bathing suits can be accepted). FashionTV Gaming Group reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any contestants, and (iii) all information entered on registration form is truthful in all respects and that contestant.
c)Applications cannot be submitted unless all required sections of the application form are filled in.
d) FashionTV Gaming Group is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, printing errors, server unavailability, computer, or any other electronic malfunction.
e) Contestants are solely responsible for Internet connectivity, software and/or hardware that may be required in order to create and/or submit any online entry.
Entry Deadlines
1. Contest opens for registration at 10:00 AM. E.T. on 12/5/2019 and finishes at 11:59 PM. E.T on 23/5/2019. No late submission will be accepted.
2. FashionTV has the right to stop/shorten the administration period whenever after the 12. of May for any reason)
3. If the contest cannot be run as planned for any reason, including technical or other problems which damage its operation, FashionTV Gaming Group reserves the right to cancel, delay or modify the contest.
The Prize(s)
1. One (1) winner and five (5) to ten (10) deputies will be selected.
2. Model behavior: models must not consume alcohol whilst taking part in competition responsibilities, must not use profanity, must be punctual and groomed, adhere to all commitments, and act professionally and polite. Please note that all behavior will be monitored, and this may have an impact in your place in the competition. Models are free to act on their free time, as long they are responsible for their own acts and do not break the terms of this contract.
3. Models breaching these terms and regulations are liable to refund any expenses incurred by FashionTV Gaming or its sponsors and be sent home immediately.
4. That winner will receive the following:
a) Title of “Miss FashionTV Gaming World” for one year or till the next contest event.
b) Receive a contract to participate in FashionTV Gaming Group global campaigns, which will be aired on FTV, TV channels and FTV Social Media channels, websites.
c) 10,000 Euro, which will be paid via wire transfer or cheque within a month after contract is signed between the model and FashionTV.
d) The winner undertakes to sign a separate agreement. The winner signature of this Agreement is a condition for receiving the prizes listed above.
5. The deputies will receive the following:
a) FashionTV Gaming -International Brand Ambassadors. Will be elected in Malta.
b) Deputies and Winner shall take part at photoshoots and FashionTV has the rights to publish and use all the photos in whichever manner it sees fit. For the avoidance of doubt, participation in the photoshoots (that will take place on Malta) is a duty under this Agreement, and its violation constitutes a violation of this Terms and Conditions and FashionTv will be entitled for the remedies above mention regarding a contract violation.
c) The Deputies undertakes to sign a separate agreement. The Deputies signature of this Agreement is a condition for receiving the prizes listed above. The payment will be determined by FashionTV separately and will be updated in the separate contract.
6. There will be no substitutions for any prize except at the sole discretion of Fashion TV Gaming Group. FashionTV Gaming Group has the right to substitute a prize of similar value.
7. No transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed.
8. The winner understands and agrees that she is responsible for all taxes and other obligations that are or may come due as a result of receipt of any prize or other compensation in or in connection with holding the Miss FashionTV Gaming World title.
9. FashionTV Gaming Group is not liable if the provider of any part of the prize fails to satisfy its obligations to furnish its portion of the prize.
10. FashionTV Gaming Group not responsible for any liability arising directly or indirectly from the contest, the award, or use of the prize.
11. In claiming any prize, winner acknowledges that FashionTV Gaming Group has the right to publicize her name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that she is the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.
Jury Criteria
FashionTV Gaming will select the applicants who are successful via website page.
Models will be selected to go to Malta by the FashionTV Gaming casting director, Lara Accison.
Flights and accommodations will be covered by sponsors or FashionTV Gaming. Flights will only be covered if models are flying in from Europe. This may apply to selective countries, as sponsors may only cover certain destinations.
a) The Jury will be comprising from FashionTV management, top leading online gaming and fashion companies CEO’s and/or representatives and the world class celebrities and designers. The Jury is composed of members of international reputation, who carry out their duties as individuals and not as representatives of an institution or country.
b) At each stage of the contest, judging will be performed by a panel of Jury designated at the sole discretion of FashionTV Gaming group.
c) Contestants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Jury, whose decisions are final and binding.
Indemnity
The contest may also be promoted by a third party or parties. Contestant shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the contest entities, promotional partners, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, successors, assigns and licensees, and each of their respective employees, shareholders, officers, directors, contractors, advertising and promotion agencies, agents and representatives from and against any and all liability, claims, loss, damage, injury or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with any third party action arising out of or resulting from (i) a breach or alleged breach of any of contestant’s representations, warranties or obligations herein, and/or (ii) acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any grant or prize.
Insurance
1. It is the responsibility of the contestant to ensure that they have adequate levels of insurance to cover their traveling and accommodation in Malta and other locations outside the contest.
2. FashionTV Gaming Group is not required to, nor holds, any such insurance for contestant outside the contest.
Disputes
1. The contest award prizes, rules and conditions are subject to change without prior notice to all contestants.
2. As a condition of participation in the Miss FashionTV Gaming World contest, the contestant agrees that, in the event of any disputes, FashionTV Gaming group and/or jury decisions should be final.
